You are a conspiracy theorist and you refute all evidence pointing to the reality of certain events having occurred and you select history that serves you only.

I will ask you. How can you know that you were born and not just a faked human being? You weren’t there to observe yourself being born and yet you fully belief that you are real human being who was born just like any other human. What evidence do you have that shows that you were born? You have only relied on your reading and if lucky, through observing others being born. Then you deduced that you must have been born the same way. Yet you deny the existence of say the 2nd world war, the Pyramids, and anything else that is historical. You say the berlin wall was a ruse and that it never existed. That these are made up structures only used to fool others. That all history is fabricated. Why are you fooling yourself?

I can make the same claim to you and say that you were not born and that you are just an illusion. And going by your logic, you have no evidence to the contrary. You cannot escape this trap.

If you hold that you are alive and that you were born then you must also have certain beliefs about the existence of historical evidence about certain events. True, history and archeological excavations may be distorted, but it’s the only thing we have that we can refer to. You don’t have to have been born a century ago to be sure that the 2nd world war really happened. You don’t need to have been the observer to believe that certain things happened.

The world is full of misinformation but this shouldn’t make us persistent pessimists and conspiracy theorists. If the information is credible, if there is physical evidence or report of something having existed or happened, then it is better to trust that.

Conspiracy theories are very exciting and attractive, and they can easily beguile you especially if you don’t want to go deeper in searching for truths. If you have lazy habits of thinking.

I have in the past engaged in fruitless debates and discussions where all manner of logical fallacies are employed. I have engaged with conspiracy theorists, atheists, religious fanatics and I can hugely say it taught me a lot about the motives of those who argue.  I have slowly learned how to identify logical fallacies in discussions and this has effectively saved me time and personal worthiness.

Here are logical fallacies you should know before getting into a debate or discussion about anything. They have been well summarized and you can read them by going to this link, “15 Logical Fallacies You Should Know Before Getting Into a Debate
