A group chat is not yet a team,
Though every member joins the thread;
A crowd may share one digital room
And pull toward separate ends instead.

A team requires a common aim,
Clear roles, clear signals, honest news;
Each person knows what others do,
And how their separate skills are used.

The leader joins unlike ambitions
Without erasing anyone;
Many hands become one force
When many purposes meet in one.
